Here is some information about our coaching services and a few questions to help us support you as fully as possible during your coaching experience.

About Me
Hi, I’m Meg from Barefoot Neurodiversity Consultancy.
I offer neurodiversity-affirming 1:1 coaching in a way that is thoughtful, supportive, practical, and tailored to you. My approach is warm, flexible and rooted in respect for difference. Coaching is designed to help you better understand yourself, work with your brain more effectively, and build strategies that support your unique traits and life circumstances.
Barefoot Neuro offers neurodiversity coaching to support clients in areas such as:
– Mindsetting, goals & personal development
– Career development & leadership
– Emotional regulation strategies
– Communication & conflict resolution strategies
– Planning, productivity & executive functioning
– Overwhelm, burnout & mental load management
– Nervous system regulation
– Holistic lifestyle management, sleep & nutrition
– Managing relationships, family dynamics & conflicting neurodivergent traits
– Neurodivergent parents & parenting within neurodivergent families
During your first session we will discuss your aims from coaching and build a collaborative plan to meet your goals.
Coaching sessions are available online via Teams or in person by arrangement for clients living in Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties.
Fees
Sessions can be fully tailored to your requirements. Our standard packages are as follows:
Online coaching rates start at £65 per one-hour session. Block bookings are available by arrangement following our first session. Payment is kindly requested via BACS transfer 24 hours prior to each session. Account details will be sent to you separately.
Confidentiality
Everything you share in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone else without your permission except for safeguarding or legal reasons.
There are some rare situations where confidentiality may need to be broken. These may include:
- If I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm
- If there is a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult
- If I am required by law to disclose information
- If a court orders disclosure
Where possible, I will discuss this with you first.
Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full.
If I need to rearrange a session, I will give as much notice as possible.
Mental Health Support
I do not offer emergency or crisis support.
If you need urgent mental health or medical support, please contact:

Records & Data Protection
I keep brief records relevant to our coaching work, which may include:
- Your name and contact details
- Emergency contact details
- Session dates
- Brief session notes
- Relevant communication about appointments and support arrangements
Your data is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR.
You have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Ask for corrections
- Request deletion where appropriate
- Withdraw consent to data processing
