How can we work together?

Every business we work with receives a personalised support package to suit their needs. We only take on a few clients at a time, ensuring our capacity is not stretched, and giving you the tailored service you require to achieve your goals. How long will we work together for?

This totally depends on what your organisation is looking to achieve. If you are entering a new phase of recruitment and want a short project to help you find the best new talent for your team we may only need to input for 1-3 months to achieve this goal. Alternatively you may be looking to re-imagine your organisations ethos, values and role within the future of your industry, a large project like this may involve ongoing support for several years while your business organically develops, guided by our mentorship.

How much do you charge?

We will work with you to bring a tailored packages to suit your organisations needs. Quotes are provided on an individualised basis following an initial consultation. As a rough guide:

Small scale projects such as staff training days, inclusive team building packages, individual policy updates, small team DEI audits etc. start at £500 inc. VAT.

Medium level input may take place over 1-3 months, projects in this range include: inclusive recruitment hire and onboarding support, mentoring, coaching and development for multiple team members, organisation wide policy updates, higher input auditing services, medium term consultancy support through periods of organisational change e.g. restructuring. These packages start at £2000 and usually range between £3000-7000 inc. VAT.

Longer term support, many organisations look to us to provide ongoing guidance and mentoring as part of their organisations commitment to maintaining a progressive culture within the workplace. This service can be very beneficial to organisations who have completed an initial short or medium term project with us and want to continue their working relationship with us for example to provide semi-regular mentorship to their management team members. If this is something you would like to discuss please let us know during your initial consultation.

Is there any funding available?

Grant funding is available for grassroots projects, CICs, charitable and non-profit organisations through local and national funding projects. Ee encourage you to explore funding options that your organisation may meet criteria for and can advise you on these further during your initial consultation.
